Recognition of the Beta Officers

beta4Our Beta officers were recognized at our local Ohio County Board of Education meeting for their accomplishments in earning "mastery" at the TN Leadership Summit in Service Snapshot.  Mikayla Fields was chose at Leadership Representative for our region.

PTO Christmas Dance

PTO is hosting a Christmas dance for K-6 grades. Santa will be here to read a story while we eat cookies and drink milk. Then we'll shake a leg!  K-2 and 3-6 will be split into seperate groups.

12 Days of Christmas

The 12 (school) Days of Christmas begins November 30! If your student would like to participate, here is the schedule.

Wayland Cafe

Parents, guardians, and other relatives are welcome to eat with their students during lunch. Please keep in mind that when dining with a guest, a student may invite only 2 friends from the same homeroom to eat with her/him. Also, all visitors are required to sign-in at the front office.

Lost and Found

Please write students’ names in their jackets and coats. When names are written in clothing, it makes it much easier to return them to their owners. When our lost and found is over-flowing, we lay the items out in the gym and have all students walk through in an attempt to reunite them with their lost items. Unclaimed items are then donated to charity.

Gymnastics at Wayland

Gymnastics at Wayland will begin August 16, Wednesdays after school 3:30-4:30pm  in the gym.

The cost is $7 per class, due at each class. Students must have a note to stay after school and stay with late bus riders.

No school or early dismissal = no gymnastics
