Below you will find several tasks to choose from to earn additional professional development hours for the 2013-2014 school year.
All tasks, with the exception of #5, must be submitted via Edmodo.....Use the videos below to help guide you. Remember that you have until fall break to submit your materials to earn 6 hours of PD credit. E-mail me if you have questions, firstname.lastname@example.org.
1- Make changes to your teacher website.
Send me a link to your website when you submit your assignment via Edmodo.
2- Send me a screen shot of your Infinite Campus assignment list.
If you are a primary teacher, send me a screen shot of the tasks you will be assessing
If you are pre-school, send me a screen from your planning website.
3- Create a Discovery Education Account.
Send me a screenshot of you previewing a video that you have downloaded to your computer.
4- Create a Promethean Planet Account.
Download a flipchart from Promethean Planet, customize it, and then attach your customized flipchart to your Edmodo Assignment.
5- Login to your e-mail and install Lync.
Send me a message via Lync.
6- Login to CIITS
You might have to wait until week 2 of school for this. Use you own CIITS account to create an Express Test, Manual Test, and Lesson Plan. Attach each to your assignment. Access PD360 and add me as a colleague.
