I am completing my 23rd year of teaching, all at Ohio County High School. Upon graduation in 1993, I attended the University of Kentucky and received my bachelor's degree in Home Economics Education. In 2003, I received a Master of Arts in Education from Western Kentucky University. In 2015 I received my Rank I in School Counseling from WKU. I serve as the adviser to the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America Chapter here at OCHS. My husband, Byron and I have three children, ages 16, 12, and 8 years old. They keep us very busy!! In my spare time I enjoy cooking,music, church activities, and spending time with my family.
