Traceable Communications 

Senate Bill 181 and KRS 160.145 require the Board of Education to designate a traceable communication system for District employees & volunteers to communicate electronically with students. Unless written consent is given by the parent/guardian, all communications between staff and students must occur via Google Workspaces, School Email, or the Ohio County Schools App. (See below)  This only applies to staff/student communication but does not apply to staff/parent communication.
